I purchased a theme, the theme supports WP bakery. But now it is asking to update by making payment

I purchased a theme, it was given that it will support WP bakery. But now it is asking to update it by making payment. Because of this we are not able to update anything in the site. Pls let us know how to solve this.

Bundled plugins that come with themes need to be updated by the theme author. Check the latest version of the theme and what plugin version is included.
