As far as I noticed in my case (Photoshop) lowest sales have items who use Oil Paint Plugin, it doesn’t matter so much what the version of Photoshop is.
It is important that the item is compatible with multiple versions and it doesn’t matter so much in which version you did it… in my opinion some middle version is the best for work.
