hello i just subscribed on the wrong account and need to change email and user name to the other account i created. or have the 2 accounts merged together
how would i go about doing this thank you

If it is a subscription related issue then you need elements support not general support.

You won’t be able to merge accounts but if you do not download anything then you may be able to refund and start over.
