Hi there,
I lost orders but I don’t know why. This morning my sales are 9 but a few hours later my sales reduce to 8 without any reason?

I have no refund but what do you mean for sales reversals?

I’m not an author so I don’t know how this shows up in your statements but it seems like this could be what you are experiencing
