Losing eBook Credits


When I try to download an eBook, after getting redirected to Amazon to download (I choose PDF), I receive an error for “Access Denied”. Worse is that, when I get back to tutsplus, I see that my monthly credit is decreased (seems like the system assumed I downloaded the file successfully)

How can I get the eBook I need? and how about the credit that I missed?
