Music bought but not downloaded

Last week I bought a music piece, but it was moved away before I had downloaded.

Is this any chance that I can reach this piece of music?

Hello,
What do you mean by moved away? You can always access all purchased items through “Your Profile Name” -> Downloads.

If it’s already removed then you can contact the author through their profile. I got an email from my customer too about my removed item, then I just need to send the file via email :smile:

actually a similar problem occured to me. I purchased an item 4 days ago but I can’t see it in “downloads”. Have I been robbed…?
