I am looking to have a themeforest developer that currently has themes for sale on themeforest and/or themes available on wordpress.org to work with me in creating some “premium” themes integrating a page builder and other custom post types.

I have a psd and images of a design that I would like to have a theme made for. This theme would be distributed to others so it needs to be customizable. So I am not looking for someone to just create a wordpress website based on a theme for me but to be able to help me create a theme that could create the mock layout but also allow for customization based on individual users preferences using a page builder or custom css.

Please contact me and give a link to your portfolio and we can discuss and I can share images with you. Also it would be great to know upfront approx how much you would charge to create a premium theme using a psd. Just a rough estimate so I know if you are within, below, or above average price range.

Just wondering, if it’s going to be a ThemeForest WordPress theme or you’re planning to sell it on your website as a premium theme? Because, ThemeForest has different approach for the themes and that makes the themes (if you’re looking for a fixed price) a bit more expensive than others

my own site not themeforest. why would it cost more for a themeforest selling theme?

First of of license. Whenever someone creates a WordPress theme, you will have to have the plug-in license as well.
Secondly, coding approach. It’s different and ThemeForest has different code quality to get your item approved.
