We’re building a website that has two different sections: one section let’s one register and another display their profile based on keywords. What kind of plugin would you recommend?

Sorry but I dont understand your description. What do you mean “one section let’s one register and another display their profile based on keywords”?
For example, you register on a website and then another person will be able to see your profile through his/her profile which would be essentially a business profile.

That is some kind of membership . You cant see content or some pages if you dont pay or register for that pages. Users only can see. Or if you pay more you can see all details about users.
I have made several similar sites.
Wouldn’t BuddyPress do this? The following in as excerpt copied from the BuddyPress plugin on WordPress.org:
