I am looking for plugin in Wordpress that can make these Teaser optin for mobile. Same as Sleeknote.
Since Google restrictions on pop up on mobile almost all pop up plugins are useless. And its mobile first of course. Not desktop anymore.
Please help. Thank you!
This plugin seems to work fairly similar. Although it isn’t necessarily mobile-first, it does have responsive design.
Or, as an alternative, you can use a combination of plugins. Ninja Popups has an option to open the popup via a link:
And you can create a sticky bar at the bottom of the screen (with a close button) using a plugin like below. All you’ll need to do is put a link inside the sticky bar which opens the Ninja Popup.

Opt in panel to Layered Pop ups is almost the same as I am looking for. They also have this is in Add on to Layered Pop ups. Except you cant close the “teaser” it seems. So this will be my last option if I dont find anything else.
Ninja popups dont work like this. I have tried. and support is bad and functions are buggy
Advanced floating seems not to be the function i am looking for
Ah, I didn’t notice you can’t close the teaser with Opt-in Panel. 
My idea with the advanced floating plugin was to replicate the teaser, since it does have a close button, but this requires you to also have a separate opt-in plugin which supports opening the popup from a link.
I dug around a little more but I can’t find anything else quite like this available at the moment. As an alternative, you could hire a developer to make you a custom plugin at Envato Studio. All developers on there are vetted by Envato.
You may even be able to find someone willing to modify the Opt-in Panel plugin and add a close button.
