WP Email POP-UP Plugin NEEDED

Looking for a “pop-up domination” type Email plugin for my wordpress site.

NOT Email Service provider plugins and NO SUMO type monthly paid ones.

I’m looking for PAID of FREE pop-up email plugin that will work with multiple ESP’s. So I can connect different OPTIN points to a different ESP if needed.

Also it CAN NOT slow down my website, last plugin took my site from an A to C , due to external code.

I’m also looking for someone to set this up for me.
