Looking for a members area Wordpress plug in with specific needs

Hello! Hope you can help…

I’ve been left in charge of creating a website for a youth group aged 13-25. It requires a private login area that consists simply of a place they can keep their membership card number. No bells, no whistles, just a membership number and a QR code.

Not a biggie? What I don’t want is for it to create the login as a WP user. No edit profile page, no assigning user roles etc.

Do these exist? I am really struggling to find one.
