I am using Listing Pro for a directory website. It’s all working fine except the Pricing Plans on Mobile
They are not showing on the “submit a listing” page on mobile
and if I add pricing plans as a block in home page I get a “falied to load due to too many redirects” can anyone help? 3 days in and not resolved by support and urgently need a solution as losing sign ups.

3 days and no satisfactory response and no LIVE chat so struggling.
Assuming you did use the authors official support https://help.listingprowp.com/login?redirectUrl=%2F%3Fenvato_item_id%3D19386460 it does say it can take 24-48 hours and typically weekends don’t count so hopefully they will be able to reply very soon
