I gotta say I am a potential customer and you make it impossible to find a human (via chat or email) not impressive. But If I buy a theme can I use it to create multiple blogs? Not directly selling anything just adsense and some affiliate links.
No, one license per blog if you purchase from Themeforest.
Still you can use free themes, Envato Elements sub or whatever.

Each license will be valid for a single end product (domain/website). If you use the theme for your single website then in that website you can create multiple blogs. But you can’t create multiple blog websites using a single license. In this case you have to purchase individual license for each blog website.
