Hi,

I would like to buy a theme from themeforest but I did some research and don’t understand it completely. So it’s about TheGem theme for $59.

If I buy the theme can I use it for different websites or I can I just use it for 1 website only?

each license will be valid for a single end product (mean domain/website). So, if you purchase a single license then you can use it for a single website. for each website you have to purchase individual license.
