License question - Envato Elements

Hi all,
I am not 100% sure about the license covered by Elements and hope you can help.
As an Elements subscriber, can I use any of the offered music tracks for online and TV spots without additional license payments?

As far as I understand, any tracks listed as “No P.R.O. affiliation” can be used without additional license payments in TV and online (YouTube) spots. Is this correct?

Obviously the author should ideally be credited.

Hi,

Broadcast use is not allowed in Elements subscription. For broadcast licenses you would have to find the author / track on Audiojungle.net and buy a broadcast license there (if the tracks are registered in P.R.O or not )
