License Issues with a Font

I have the Envato Elements monthly subscription. I downloaded some fonts and used them in AI and when I go to save the document it says it won’t save because the font called Wimberley has a license restriction. Why is doing that? And if the license is restricted, why is it included in Envato Elements?

Is there something I need to do?

You need to contact Elements supports to get the issue fixed
