For a client I am going to create an ad in poster format for social media with an envato font. In case the same client wants to expand the campaign and create another ad with the same theme, will I need to request a license again?

Assuming you’re using Envato Elements, then you can use the font for more than 1 End Product as long as your subscription is active as the license here applies for the installation:
For fonts and add-ons, a Single Use is the installation of the Item on your device. The license starts when you Register the installation, and you can then use the font or add-on to create as many projects as you like, for as long as your Envato Elements subscription remains active.
