Lack of communication

If you didn’t receive the Item review notification email (you should to check spam/junk as well), then check your email settings (Settings => Email Settings) in Envato market Dashboard Settings, is there a check mark for Item review notifications.

Sometimes email can go in spam, so need to check inbox, spam, junk as well.

@mgscoder is correct but even if you had received the rejection email - if it is hard rejected, then unfortunately you will not get feedback on what is wrong

You can leave demo links etc. in these forums and people will offer feedback but envato get tens of thousands of submissions each month so providing individual feedback is just not feasible

hi there’s never been detailed feedbacks, in case the item is hard rejected , there is some exclusively if the item is soft rejected, so that u can fix and re-upload and ultimately have the item approved . For matters of time and staff and so on they have chosen not to give feedback and, besides , even if having a clue would help, let’s face it , unless u go through in-depth analysis , in most of cases , people would not be able to really apprehend all that is wrong about their stuffs so that a partial feedback would have limited efficiency … the last thing is that u are in a professional marketplace and they consider that they are not a school so that u should more or less know what is not ok with your products
