I’ve purchased a template from joomlavi 4 months ago, and I have experienced some problems with this template. I’m trying to have support from them, but they haven’t answered since 3 month ago.
I’ve asked several times on the template’s comments, but no response at all.
I don’t know why is the template still available for been purchased if the developer is not supporting it.
Surely, I will ask for the refund of my money…
