Item cost is 15 $ but is charged 12 $ to buyers?

My item cost is 15 - somehow, Envato is charging buyers 12 and from that amount charges taxes and other royalties.

Take a look at the screens:

Don’t have an idea what is happening and why. I know about US taxes, and that is not the case here.
If someone have some info, that would be great.

$15 is price total, minus $3 buyer fee, which you dont pay the Author fee and Tax from.
