Issues Uploading Theme

Hello admin,

Please help me out. I am having problems in uploading the theme I just bought from you.

Theme name: Route
Hosting on: GoDaddy

I have been going to the admin section of my site, clicking Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme (then selecting route.zip from inside the zipped folder I downloaded from your site) and then Install Now. The page then just loads for about 10-15 minutes before the connection is reset and it takes me to an error page.

Anything you can do to help me sort this would be great! I’ve tried uploading on three browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Safari) and have tried over three days, about 20-30 times.

Make sure you are only trying to install the theme folder and not the entire download. (Use “installable WordPress files only” in your download).

Otherwise try ftp to add it.
