Images not loading when I browse the EnvatoElements website.

How do I resolve this? The images are not loading when I browse the EnvatoElements website since Friday (4 days now). It is holding me back on projects and I am unsure where to start.

Have you tried using incognito mode? Perhaps a plugin is interfering.

Seems few others having the same issue. You may need to check it:

@glennpatrick
Do you have any issue by downloading other items?

@KingDog
It may be server permission issue.

Thanks for replying and I have no issues with downloading.

If there’s no limitation on your account, most likely it’s server side issue.

That’s an excellent screenshot. Now I would just be interested in what you see if you right-click on these links and choose “open in new tab.”

The 403 error code indicates you’re being blocked. But opening those links might explain what is blocking you.

Thank you. OK, this is what I get when I right-click on these links and choose “open in new tab. It seems like it may be my VPN? Do I need to change some setting? Also, I have had this VPN for a while and haven’t had this issue before on EnvatoElements.

That’s bizarre. I just checked and the website is covered by a reputable certificate authority, so the error doesn’t make much sense.

Maybe I ought to grab a NordVPN trial and see what I can find. :sweat_smile:

Guys, I was having the same problem.
I’ve disabled nordvpn “Web protection” and it worked for me.

Problem Might be with the source of the images:
