I do find it odd as I would expect Envato have the necessary certificate authority
This also worked for me
I am not sure the best way to resolve this without disabling âWeb Protectionâ on NordVPN but thank you nevertheless!
Turns out itâs a VPN thing for me too. That being said, for me it seems extra odd. I recently tried ProtonVPN without using Envato Elements.
Now though, it seems I have to be connected to a server for the images to show⌠(So instead of it not working when being connected, I actually have to be connected for it to work.)
Thanks for all the testing everyone! The Devs are investigating to see if thereâs something we can do to clear the site with VPNs.
Thank you!
It wouldâve helped if you mentioned if you were on VPN but the issue may be still on Envato side, due to security, they may have blocked the access via specific IPs such as VPN.
Anyway, itâs good to know that youâre back to site. Enjoy your downloads
Kay, quick update here. I think our household recently turned on an internet filter which might cause the issue for me. Avoiding the filter through a VPN obviously âfixesâ the problem.
I have been emailing with the Envato helpdesk and theyâll forward that info to the technical team.
Hey! Give it a try with a different browser or cleaning the cache on your current one browser. If the issue continues, there may be a server-side problem with EnvatoElements. If there are any documented outages, check their status page or get in touch with customer assistance. Additionally ensure that your internet connection is stable as well. The most accurate help can be obtained by getting in touch with EnvatoElements support directly, if everything else fails.
