I want to remove my Payoneer payout account so that I can add a new one. I have contacted Envato. They said I have to follow up with Payoneer to remove. But Payoneer said that they don’t get any confirmation from Envato.
Now, what should I do?
You have to wait envato support team give you a id or you can ask id. Then share that id with payoneer support then they will remove your account from envato market.
Contact envato support again and tell them that what payoneer told you - and then envato support gives you some details and then contact payoneer again with that details then they will guide you i guess.
i have done it long time ago - really it will take some time.
