First, contact the payoneer customer care department to guide you. You then contact Envato support to ask them to remove the previous link after working with Payoneer. Good luck.

We were looking for the same and we contacted Payoneer team. As per their instruction we requested to close the existing Payoneer account and opened a new one. Now when we contacted them for setting up the new Payoneer account to be linked with our Envato account, Payoneer support team is saying they need to verify our previous account and they are asking us to chat from the previous account (which is in fact closed by Payoneer itself). Ridiculous support! This is after wasting 35 minutes + 50 minutes in their live chat queue. Pathetic indeed. Highly disappointed with Payoneer.
