I had updated Avada to version 5.2.2. I did not convert it right away and the website went down – the HTML became the website. Anyway I got support from my hosting site and they were able to convert properly and get the site up properly. However, the visual editing tab no longer works as when I press on it the tab does not open. Also, when I go to change anything in the text/HTML editor tab it will not update on the actual website. I contacted my hosting site and they advised to contact website support (WordPress) then they directed me here as it is a commercial theme. Can anyone help me?

Did you try to deactivate ALL plugins except for Avada?
