I sent for theme review on ThemeForest but no response?

2-3 days ago, I installed a theme in themeforest and it was showing an information on the panel that it is under review.
However, when I logged in today, there was no information written.I checked my e-mail and there is no message.

What is the reason for this?

Hi @ibatheme,

I think your are talking about theme submission in themeforest.

If you didn’t receive the Item review notification email (you should to check spam/junk as well), then check your email settings (Settings => Email Settings) in Envato market Dashboard Settings, is there a check mark for Item review notifications.

Sometimes email can go in spam, so need to check inbox, spam, junk as well.

If you can’t see your Item in your Dashboard and ‘Hidden Items’ (from your dashboard) tab then your Item has reviewed and got hard rejected. If you checked for Item review notifications then for all next submission you will get notification for each review result. Thanks
