I bought a plug in as it is not working as it is described so i would like a refund. Fairly annoyed as one of the first steps it asks you to complete, i am completing it correctly but it is still not working.
Have you tried to request support help from the author?
No I have not because the step I am referring to is the access key part of
the plug in and it keeps coming up with an error saying I’m not an amazon
Before a refund can be accepted you should contact the author. Most of times is not a plugin error but a problem on your site/hosting. If the author is not able to solve the problem the refund will be accepted for sure
And that part about the amazon associate is a required field?
Maybe it only works with the authors account. Just let him know about that issue and see if he can fix it for you. As you’ve bought the plugin you have 6 months of free support, so use it. Author will help you for sure. If not, just request the refund to the link @charlie4282 posted on the above reply.
