I have two plugins installed from Codecanyon, and I have not been receiving any notifications of plugin uploads, I confirmed that my email is correct on my account settings, and I still don’t receive notifications, it used to be linked to an other email of a colleague that is no longer with the company, so wondering who can I contact to confirm if the correct email is linked to the update notifications
Thanks for the prompt reply. I just checked my notification settings and they’re enabled, on both, the account settings and each plugin, but I still don’t receive any notifications of plugin updates
The item author also needs to check “inform” box after the update. If they don’t, you won’t receive the emails.
You should ask the item Author. Author should check the checkbox for customer notification when they will upload any update.
