Can I download and use picture and sound file and font in Envatoelements or other free source for the template?

You are not allowed to use any materials from Envato Elements. Only stuff you have the license to resell, that does not apply to many things.
It is best if you create all assets yourself.
You can include other items but you would need express author permission and an extended license so you would need to buy them from the main marketplaces and buy through envato elements
