I don't have ProRes in my After Effect

I am using After Effects CC 2018 on Windows 7. What should I do to create an alpha video? Is it possible to download ProRes Video Codec?

There is a script called AfterCodecs that lets you use ProRes. Much easier is using CC2019 or newer, though. Don’t they work with Win7?

CC 2019 and higher doesn’t work on Windows 7. If I’m going to render with After Codecs, will it accept VH?
