I did every effort i could, but the item was rejected!

Hi,
Again one of my hard worked items was rejected and i really don’t understand why!
Item description: Emoji flat icons (well arranged eps file, svg, and 3 standard size pngs) with clear and shorten description.
I have downloaded some of the most success files and followed their steps as well.
Here is the file preview:

This pack looks not bad. But grey color of their faces looks a lil bit strange. Looks like they all are miners :^)

And teeth … teeth… They are also gray. Never delay treatment of caries ;^)

Yes. But they have bright faces and white teeth. You just confirmed my words
