I purchased a program template and it will not download and I need to have these printed for a program tomorrow please someone help me

Does it say anything (Error message or something) ? Are you sure you are downloading it from the right place

It says that Photoshop does not support the format of the image
I am assuming you have managed to download the file then?
Are you sure it is supposed to be a PSD file? Link to the file on the marketplace?
What file format is the download?
it just shows Main and License under the drop down box (download) and when I open it up it has 2 files that do not show anything but Photoshop and the 3 one says Pastor Anniversary Program Main and it is Adobe and it opens up fine
but the Adobe one that opens up is just my invoice
If you open ‘Main Files’ what files do you see?
Are any of them a .psd file?
What is the link to the file on envato?
