I bought a Stockholm theme form ThemeForrest. It is missing crucial zip files.

I downloaded Stockholm theme from Qode Interactive. I also had to buy/install many plugins to get this to work and install correctly. It is still not right!! I’ve emailed several times to the developers to assist with no luck. In watching EVERY tutorial they have it seems as those several zip files that they show are on the themeforest zip file are not in my download. Mostly, they are the Rev 6 Sliders. How do I resolve these issues? They even have the EXACT demo example in their tutorial that I am trying to install and it is CLEAR mine did not come with the correct files. How to resolve?
