I’m currently paying $19/mo on an annual plan. Envato is advertising a $14/mo annual plan to me. How do I switch to the $14/mo annual plan?

In your account there should be an option to upgrade.

Bear in mind the reduced monthly cost is equivalent and you will need to pay the full remainder of the year in one go, not in monthly installments.
