How to prepare the documentation for HTML template ?

I studied the Documentation template which provided by ThemForest. But couldn’t get exact idea How it should be. If you can provide sample documentation it will be helpful.

You can buy any template html for see for example a documentation but I think that you don’t can copy idea.

in your documentation you should mention your template files structure, how to use, how to customize, details about any features included as like special fonts (awesome), mailchimp, progress bar, any included 3rd party plugin and how to use and customize them for their need. in short have to make a user friendly documentation which will help customer to use your item easily. Thanks
