Hello, I already deal with another author and he give me his html template copyright for use of codecanyon php scripts. He already give me ticket reference number, But How i know this ticket reference number is copyright of html template ? Please give me some info . Thanks

You could email support and ask them for confirmation although if you are that skeptical then this doesn’t sound like a good basis for a working relationship
