How to get user purchase details / verify by Username?

Let’s say I get a bad review from a customer, and I want to check when that customer purchased the item. Because for example it is against Envato rules to post a review after more than 12 months of purchase and without an active support period.

How can I verify the user’s purchase when all I have is their username, and no message, no purchase code, no support tickets?

Drop an email to Envato Authors Help and Support. Without contact information or a purchase code you cannot track a buyer. Only Envato Support can assist with this. Cheers! :fist_right:t2::fist_left:t2:
