How to get tax id

Hello
can any one tell me how I can get that number regarding that tax
issue. I am from India and very new here, I have only the pan card
no tax-related activity and I am working here as an individual. Please
help me

Pan number is indeed what you want to put in the tax ID field of the W8 form.

Do you have a national insurance number, if so use that?
