"ITIN" or "Foreign Tax ID Number" for the W8- TAX Information (Germany)- I need help!

Hello everyone,
there is so much information about the new TAX- details that I do not find the right answer. Maybe someone can help me here:
Where do I have my Tax ID number for W8 app (My UST-ID from Germany):
In “Individual Taxpayer Identification Number / ITIN” or “Foreign Tax ID Number” ?
Can someone tell me?

Not UST-ID, the UST-ID is for sales tax like VAT, GST,etc.
US-RWHT is income tax and you must use your TIN as Foreign Tax ID Number
