I think most of us are facing with problem of eye fatigue.
I work at a computer from 4 to 6 hours per day. During this time the eyes
very tired. I do exercises for the eyes and breaks in work. I adjusted the brightness and contrast of the monitor under itself, but these activities are not enough.
At this forum is many professionals, who work at a computer much more time, than I. Please tell us, how you fight with tired eyes?
Hi
First of all I suggest you buy a 4K tv/screen with an IPS panel and fast refresh rate and then you should stay at least 50 cm far from the screen, but this distance may vary depending on the size of the screen (I have a 42’’ 4K screen and I stay at least 120cm far from it).
Another optional thing is using special glasses dedicated only for when you are using the pc/tablet/tv etc like this one from Amazon and note that this is from Amazon Italy and depending on where you live you can find similar products in your country):
Another very important thing is ambient light and overall general light setup at your room/studio/office as it can really help when working for long period of time. A cool solid hoice are Philips Hue lights and they are really helpful but they are quite expensive so keep that in mind.
I got this kit:
These are all my personal opinions and I hope they can help you as well!
