How to contact an author to get support or for any technical query:
Contact purchased item author and tell them about the mistake. if they have wordpress version of the html template then author will assist you.

They have the same theme for Wordpress, and that’s where the confusion happened, and by mistake I bought the HTML theme.
mistaken purchase you have to fix with the author. as they have wordpress version then they (author) will assist you. tell them you will purchase wordpress version but you need refund for html template (mistaken purchased).
