i wanted to buy glowing wordpress theme but mistakenly brought its html theme. so is there any policy so that i can get a refund or upgrade to wordpress theme from html theme?

Both HTML template and WordPress theme from the same author @G5Theme. So, I think author will assist you on this. You have to purchase the WordPress theme then you can ask refund for HTML template. But you should contact the author first and let them know. Only author can help on this.
