How do I request a refund of my money?
I bought a plugin, but it did not work properly and the author does not provide support.
You may generate the refund request from refunds requests page. But before doing so it’s always best to get in touch with author to have your issue as resolved. First at least give it a try by connecting with author and ask him for help
