Hello, I had bought this plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-amazing-security-plugin-for-wordpress/4177158?_ga=2.245559428.1659996406.1542052883-1912537815.1542052883.
But it didn’t work as expected for my site.

For that, i had raised a refund request. However, the author has not refunded yet. I have been trying to contact him through envato as well as their support forum. But they are not responding to my requests.

Can anyone please help?

This is not the right place for requesting a refund.

If you have contacted support then wait. Refunds can take up to 5 days. If you did not receive an answer, you will be able to escalate this to Envato support.

As my colleague @Typps stated, you can escalate a dispute with Envato. If the author doesn’t reply simply open a support ticket with Envato Help and Support and they’ll gladly help you out.
