How do I load the “dummy content” for my theme?
Which theme are you using? There should be some installation instructions included in the theme which will tell you how to upload the dummy content.

It really depends on the theme you are using. Some themes includes a one click demo import solution that sets everything up right away, or you might have to use the old fashion demo importer.
I would suggest you contact the original theme author , or use one of the envato studio freelancer to get your theme up and running.
