I purchased a theme on Theme forest 3 months ago, I faced many problems with the theme, and when I try to contact the theme support they do not reply to my questions. The theme is not working properly and some functions not working at all. There are two main reasons I want to ask for a refund, first, the theme has many errors, and second, no one is replying to my questions, I think this conflicts with the agreement.
