I am looking for a host. I had bad experiences with Namesco and SiteGround and I want something that works well with ThemeForest.
I am also looking for a person who can do the websites for me. I can do them myself but I am too lazy. I have all the photos,text,etc.

WP Engine is slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for
Bear in mind if you find someone via forums to help envato cannot protect you and unfortunately they are now closing envato studio.
I’d suggest asking someone like @ki-themes who freelances and is a reputable author with their own items for sale
