Service I got so far from Envato works fine but the first time I need to get HELP and unfortunately, there is no way to get help. Any help email address etc. It seems STRANGE
Anyhow, I got an email having a free theme for me. When I tried to install the theme, I got an error “style.css” is missing.
I followed all the tricks mentioned over Google but no luck.
Can anyone help in this regard?

That item you linked is not a WordPress item, but rather an HTML template, so you will of course get an error if you try to upload it into WordPress. If you downloaded it for free you cannot get support, either.
However, in the future for your reference, you just need to look around the page carefully and you’ll see a Support tab on the top of each item page.
