Are you using Elements or Envato Market?
There is a $50 minimum payout threshold. If you don’t reach this amount within the month, Envato will withhold your earnings until the minimum is met.
For Elements: Payments are made on the 16th of each month if you have earned above the minimum payment threshold.
For Envato Market: Payments are made on the 15th of each month if you have earned above the minimum payment threshold.

Did you mean last month (November) or this month (December) ?
Envato usually pays on the 15th or 16th of each month for the earnings from the previous month. For example, on December 15th or 16th, they will pay for earnings made in November.
